Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter – Indianapolis, Indiana

Extract Talent is searching for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. The Recruiter will be expected to work directly with hiring managers to meet the staffing needs and requirements of the client. They will have to utilize a variety of sourcing methods to create candidate pipelines and build relationships for the future.

The recruiter will be directly contacting and profiling candidates. Office Administrator- Indianapolis, Indiana

Extract Talent is searching for a Office Administrator to join their team. The Office Administrator will be expected to coordinate and implement company activities that include, but are not limited to, billing clients, managing receivables, managing HR forms and process, and control of operations and cost of office.
