With over 27 years of experience in operational and sales management, business development, and strategic planning, Utzinger brings a well-rounded and people-first perspective to his new role. His expertise focuses on talent acquisition and retention strategies, human capital management, outsourced solutions design, and workforce planning. Prior to joining Extract Talent, Utzinger served in multiple talent-centric leadership roles, including Head of Client Operations for AMS and Director, Talent Solutions for NCW. He is also the founder and president of Be Like Bill, a 501(c)(3) organization whose mission is to increase survival rates from Sudden Cardiac Arrest.
